3. User Conduct

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Use our platform in violation of WhatsApp Business policies (https://business.whatsapp.com/policy)
  • Use information collected through our platform for marketing purposes outside the 24 hour window of contact

Our chatbot systems only function when a user initiates contact first and within WhatsApp's 24-hour messaging window. All agent interactions, whether automated or human, must comply with WhatsApp's policies. Our systems are configured to block prohibited topics as determined by WhatsApp's policies. Accounts that violate these terms will be terminated.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

  • Business information: including business name, phone number, and account details
  • User information: including names and phone numbers of end users who interact with your business through our platform
  • Message analytics: we analyze message content and interactions to improve our services
