The app is not tracking my juggles correctly. What should I do?▼
Make sure you are in good lighting, with your whole body visible on camera, and that your phone is placed on a stable surface. If the issue continues, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a short screen recording so we can investigate.
How do I reset my progress or start over?▼
At the moment, progress reset is handled with the reset button in the home page of the app. If you would like to reset your streaks, please email us from the address linked to your account.
How can I request a new feature or report a bug?▼
We love feedback. Send us an email describing the feature you would like or the bug you found. Including screenshots or a quick video helps us reproduce and fix issues much faster.
